Through continued studies, she has earned her Broker’s license, is a Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI®),a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®),Certified Home Marketing Specialist(CHM) and a Certified Buyer’s Representative (CBR®), so it’s no surprise that she has also earned a Heritage Texas Properties Achievement Award. Farah values communication with her clients and prides herself on her follow-up. Her warm personality is only one of many reasons much of her business comes from repeat and referral clients. She is conscientious and sensitive to their needs, hardworking and tenacious. Farah is always willing to commit the extra mile to help her clients meet their goals.
As a real estate investor for five years, Farah honed her negotiation skills and developed a knack for matching clients with ideal homes. With a degree in Computer Science programming, she has a keen attention to detail and a knack for problem solving that serves her clients well. Her experience and her focused, “can-do” attitude always work to the benefit of her client.
Farah is a US citizen but takes pride in her heritage and speaks the Persian language fluently. She has been a proud Houstonian for over two decades. In that time she has become proficient in her market knowledge of Greater Houston and the surrounding areas. Married with grown children, Farah is devoted to her family and proud of their successes.
